About Us

Northernline Arts is based in Knaresborough, 8A Kirkgate, HG58AD

Northernline Arts is a workshop space that gives people the opportunity to engage in a diverse programme of arts and crafts sessions. We have a full weekly calendar of daytime workshops that are inclusive to all adults. We also offer evening sessions and weekend workshops. This brings the local community together in a hub that inspires and fires their imagination.

Within the workshop we showcase and sell a range of products from local artists and craftworkers.

At Northernline Arts we always try to present our ideas with a creative vision and an open mind. We believe if you start with amazing out there ideas, the world is your oyster. We have loved working in the arts and have done so since we left university over 25 years ago. We have over 20 years of experience working with adults with a range of disabilities and support needs, as well as local artists, crafts people, children and families, and community groups.

Northernline Antiques is based on Knaresborough train station, platform 2. Northernline Antiques' stock has an everchanging and eclectic mix of unique and beautiful antiques, vintage items, collectables, ceramics, furniture and artwork.

We love our job and we are constantly searching out new and interesting items to share with visitors to our shop.

Whether you want to spend a few pounds or a few hundred pounds we are sure to have something to offer you.
